I’m a mixed methods user experience researcher and educator.
I leverage empathy-driven behavioral science to uncover and address unmet needs. I specialize in end-to-end research, from strategic planning and execution of research to effective presentations. I partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to deliver actionable insights that shape product strategy.
I have a Master’s of Behavioral and Decision Science at the University of Pennsylvania and 7 years of experience across industries (edtech, fintech and insurance).
